  • MICHAEL D. PERRY
    MICHAEL D. PERRYCHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    Mr. Perry is the Chairman of the Board for Town Center Bank, and Chairman and CEO of 21 Century Financial Services (21CFS) which provides customized data processing services for community banks seeking cost-efficient and leading edge technology to better focus on their customer’s needs.  Previously, Mr. Perry owned Positive Connections, a school bus company founded in 1997 that operates in Minnesota and Illinois.  By 2004, Positive Connections grew to generate gross revenues of approximately $31 million.  Mr. Perry sold Positive Connections in 2006.  Mr. Perry is a Minneapolis, Minnesota native and attended Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minnesota.

    Also at TCB, Mike is Chairman of the Nominating and Governing Committee and Chairman of the Loan Committee.  He also sits on the OREO Committee, as well as a non-voting member of all other board committees.

  • CINDY GORDON
    CINDY GORDONSVP OF OPERATIONS

    Cindy began her career with 21CFS when they opened their doors in June 2006 in Austin, TX. She has over 25 years of bank operations and data processing experience. Cindy used her banking experience to help build the 21CFS data center which focuses on best-of-breed processing software partnered with over and above customer service.

    Prior to joining 21CFS, Cindy was the Vice President of Operations managing a five-bank data processing center doing Core and Item Processing for Community Banks. She led this data center through a Core conversion for 19 banking offices. Cindy also worked at other community banks in Texas and in Arkansas. Early in her career, she worked for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) at their Central Texas Data Processing Center where she received a Secret Security Clearance to work government contracts.

    Cindy received a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Albany and an Associate of Applied Science degree from Central Texas College in Computer Sciences. Cindy and her husband reside in Georgetown, TX.

  • Russ Jackson
    Russ JacksonSenior Systems Engineer

    Russ has 25 years of experience in accounting and banking technology. As chief technology officer for the Indiana Credit Union League in Indianapolis, Russ oversaw the implementation of the first shared-branch system in the state, automated services related to the credit card processing division, developed programs to streamline the organization’s operations and created its first website. Russ also has assisted the startup Extreme Speed Software as director of accounting and technology strategy for five years.

    At 21st CFS, Russ supports day-to-day data-processing systems that help community banks operate efficiently and with the highest level of customer service.

    Russ has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Indiana University.

  • PHYLLIS BROWN
    PHYLLIS BROWNOPERATIONS OFFICER

    Phyllis serves as the operations officer for 21CFS.

    She brings 21CFS clients her deep knowledge with over  31 years of community bank experience in various roles from Teller to SVP Banking Center Operations.  She has 12 years’ experience in banking operations including 5 years as an Electronic Funds Transfer manager.  Phyllis has also served on numerous bank conversions and acquisition project teams.

    Phyllis is a native Austinite and studied at Park University.

  • Daniel Dammon

    As the Chief Information Officer for 21CFS, Dan is tasked to build upon the foundation of excellence and innovation established since 21CFS’ beginning,  creating a path for continued growth.  Dan’s role is to guide 21CFS in positioning itself as an industry leader in the financial data center sector by engaging new and better technologies to provide secure, efficient and stable network infrastructures, systems, and superior service in the transaction processing arena.

    Dan brings over 20 years of experience in information technology, holding technical roles in building, engineering and maintaining efficient and dynamic network and computing systems.  His background includes more than ten years serving in leadership and project management roles in highly technical environments. Dan brings a wealth of knowledge in staff recruitment and development/ Strategic direction for executive planning/ Budget creation and implementation/ Windows, UNIX, and Linux server administration/ Enterprise network design and administration/ Security and patch management/ Backup administration and disaster recovery/ Email services management/ IT infrastructure engineering/ SAN and NAS storage solutions/ Incident management/ End user support/ Documentation, policy and procedures development.

    Prior to joining 21CFS, Dan worked in a wide variety of industries including advertising, municipal and Federal government, insurance, and banking and finance.  He held senior management positions at Pulse EFT Association, and First Community Service Association, a member of First National Bank of Texas.

    Dan is a graduate of  Baylor University and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Liberia, West Africa.  Dan, his wife who is a midwife at Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood, along with their two children reside in Harker Heights, TX.

  • J. Michael “Mickey” Brown
    J. Michael “Mickey” Brown National Sales Manager

    Mickey is responsible for developing and managing 21 Century Financial Services (21CFS) client relationships and business development opportunities.  With over 40 years of financial industry service experience, Mickey brings a wealth of knowledge to 21CFS clients.  As a career bank executive, Mickey has developed a solid first-hand understanding of bank technology, operations, and retail banking products, as well as the challenges and opportunities of today’s competitive environment.

    Prior to joining 21CFS, Mickey held the position of CEO & President at Banco Latino Holding Company and Pronto, LLC as well as First Bank and Trust located in New Orleans, LA. In addition, Mickey served as CEO & President for Innovus Inc., providing automated teller machine outsourcing, management and monitoring services. His banking career began in 1975 spending many years as SVP, Chief Banking Officer, CRA Compliance Officer and Executive VP, Chief Retail Banking Officer with First National Bank of Commerce.

    Mickey holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences from Loyola University in New Orleans, LA, he is a graduate of the LSU School of Banking of the South and is currently certified and licensed as a Catastrophic Disaster Adjuster by the State of Texas.  21CFS is pleased to have Mickey on the management team offering his deep banking experience to help our clients find the solutions and opportunities to make their bank more profitable and efficient.
